Registration for the conference is $100, which covers the wine‐and‐cheese reception, the conference banquet, and attendance at all conference events.   Payment can be made by credit card or personal check. Mail—snail mail—your  registration form with payment (credit card or check) to the conference organizers at the address on the registration form.  We do not have the ability to take credit  card payment of the registration fee online.
